About the Role
Flex is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to launch, manage, and scale high-impact enterprise partnerships. This role is ideal for a driven strategic operator with a proven record of delivering measurable results through partnership growth. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing partnership strategies that directly impact Flex's bottom line. This position offers a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Launch
  • Launch new strategic partnerships aligned with Flex's growth objectives
  • Lead the creation of joint business plans, financial modeling, and growth initiatives
  • Define, implement and run winning operating rhythm to maximize value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support and Legal teams at Flex and partner organizations to maximize execution and impact

Partner Growth & Operations:
  • Manage and expand relationships with Flex's largest strategic partners, fostering trust and long-term collaboration across the organization
  • Build and deliver on your partnership business plan; drive progress on key partner initiatives, resolving issues and aligning stakeholders to deliver measurable wins
  • Own day-to-day partner operations, ensuring smooth execution and communications
  • Drive monthly and quarterly partnership business reviews
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring accountability
  • Design and oversee partnership GTM efforts working closely with product, sales and marketing teams

Strategy
  • Develop and implement processes and frameworks to manage partnerships efficiently.
  • Align partnership initiatives with Flex's broader strategic objectives.
  • Provide insights and strategic recommendations to continuously enhance partnership value.
Key Qualifications:
  • 6-8+ years of relevant experience in FinTech/SaaS business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, investment banking, or top-tier strategy consulting roles
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling strategic partnerships or managing high-value strategic client relationships.
  • Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and execution.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with experience leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, capable of influencing at senior levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a proactive and flexible approach.

Compensation
The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. This is a commission earning role. The OTE (On Target Earnings) listed below:

$192,000-$240,000 USD
OTE (Salt Lake City)
$160,000-$200,000 USD
