Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager, Tech Consulting with 5+ years experience to join our team. The position requires an experienced professional with the ability to work with executives in a dynamic and geographically distributed environment, collaborating with peers and members supporting other TTS-US businesses and functions. This role is vital to the Tech Consulting and Partner Strategy teams, which contributes to the ongoing success of TTS-US by providing technical knowledge, communication, and leadership skills to grow and scale globally in a consistent and robust manner. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation. This role works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership to ensure partnerships align with company objectives and deliver measurable business value.
Essential Functions:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive partner strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners based on business fit, market opportunity, and strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and clear performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch and manage joint initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and product integrations.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging partnership opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
  • Provide IT consulting support to both internal teams and partner organizations. This includes assessing technology needs, recommending best-fit solutions, and advising on digital transformation initiatives to enhance collaboration and operational effectiveness.
  • Communicate with the customers and gather technical requirements with Sales teams.
  • Create documents, presentations, demonstrations for the customer.
  • Guide the adoption of new technologies, ensure compliance with industry standards, and offer expertise on IT governance and risk management practices.
  • Perform supervisory and/or advisory role in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws.

Requirements
Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Bilingual Japanese / English languages
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, partner management, business development, or similar roles.
  • Participate in RFP/RFI responses, proposal creation, and technical presentations.
  • 2+ years leading cross-functional initiatives or supervising small teams (formal or matrix).
  • Hands-on experience assessing technology environments, gathering technical requirements, and creating solution proposals.
  • Comfortable guiding customers on digital transformation (cloud adoption, integration, security, governance, data).
  • Able to produce customer-facing artifacts (presentations, demos, architectures, proposals, statements of work).
  • Strong executive presence-presenting at industry events, leading partner meetings, and managing C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent written/oral communication and technical writing for customer-facing documentation.
  • Proven success identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with measurable revenue or adoption outcomes.
  • Experience gathering customer technical requirements, creating presentations/demos, and advising on digital transformation and IT governance/risk.
  • Track record collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to launch joint initiatives and product integrations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication; comfortable presenting at industry events and executive-level forums.
  • Familiarity with BI reporting, and project tools; ability to build performance dashboards and executive reports.

This position requires travel up to 30%
