About the Role

The Strategy & Operations Manager for Sales Development (SD) and Marketing will play a critical role in shaping and driving strategic initiatives to accelerate the next phase of growth for Google Cloudโ€™s Sales Development and Marketing teams integrating AI. This role focuses on defining, implementing, and optimizing the strategy for SDR team expansion while partnering with agencies and internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist with strong analytical skills, excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, and a passion for optimizing sales development and marketing operations. You will be responsible for identifying key insights, implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring continuous improvement to maximize business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Range: $70,000 โ€“ $120,000 annually

This posted range represents our good-faith estimate for this remote role at the time of posting, in compliance with applicable state and local laws including California, Colorado, New York, and Washington.

Final compensation will depend on various factors such as the candidateโ€™s location, experience, qualifications, and alignment with internal compensation equity. Offers typically fall within the lower to mid-point of the posted range for most candidates.


This role may also be eligible for performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
