• Lead and supervise a dynamic team of mental health professionals, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, evidence-based services to clients.
• Guide multidisciplinary staff in effective treatment planning and implementation, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration.
• Develop and oversee administrative operations to streamline service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
• Create and execute a targeted marketing plan to raise community awareness of our services and expand business opportunities.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to trainees and junior therapists, encouraging their professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.

As a mental health therapist, you'll be serving a diverse clientele dealing with complex issues, including addiction, trauma, chronic stress, and co-occurring disorders. You'll employ evidence-based practices tailored to individual and family dynamics, with the goal of not only addressing immediate concerns but also equipping clients with long-term coping strategies and resources to enhance their overall well-being.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, with up-to-date knowledge of relevant supervision requirements and athletic standards.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience providing crisis management and comprehensive mental health services.
• Strong understanding of addiction issues and their implications within the scope of psychotherapy.
• Proven ability to demonstrate competence in handling trauma, PTSD, homelessness, and other related co-occurring disorders.
• An unwavering respect for colleagues, clients, and staff, fostering a supportive and empathetic environment.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery, utilizing digital platforms effectively for client engagement.
• Understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to the treatment of addiction and dual diagnosis.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse clients and create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.
