• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing mental health issues for clients with co-occurring medical concerns.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Commitment to upholding professional ethics, including patient confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Proficiency with computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation effectively.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and their application in therapeutic settings.
• Skills in both individual and group therapy modalities.
