Ready to help shape the future of laboratory services? Join Technical Safety Services (TSS) as a Product Manager - Lab Equipment Services and help drive one of our fastest-growing service lines.
In this role, you'll lead the strategy, growth, and commercialization of laboratory equipment services that support the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries. Acting as a strategic business owner, you'll identify market opportunities, shape service offerings, and partner cross-functionally to drive revenue growth, customer experience, and market expansion.

What You'll Take Ownership Of
  • Act as the business owner and subject matter expert for Lab Equipment Services
  • Define and execute service strategy, positioning, and growth initiatives
  • Monitor voice-of-customer, voice-of-market, and competitive trends
  • Develop pricing and monetization strategies to support revenue and margin targets
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives and commercialization efforts
  • Support channel readiness and operational alignment
  • Drive thought leadership and demand generation programs

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of product management and/or marketing experience, preferably within services-based environments
  • Experience within laboratory services, life sciences, diagnostics, analytical chemistry, or regulated industries preferred
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and regulatory compliance environments
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and supporting commercialization initiatives
  • Track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
