In this role, you will operate within a fully remote setting, utilizing telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions. • Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using our secure online platform, focusing on building a therapeutic alliance that fosters open dialogue.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to address the specific mental health concerns of clients, taking into consideration their unique backgrounds and experiences.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes, such as improved coping skills and emotional regulation.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and care continuity.
• Collaborate efficiently with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide a holistic approach to client care.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.

Your clients will range across various demographics, each presenting unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. You will be tasked with providing culturally competent care and understanding the complexities of each individual’s life circumstances, ensuring that treatment is respectful of diversity and aligns with their personal values.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy, including familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, etc.).
• Proven comfort with teletherapy technologies, including experience navigating online counseling platforms effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for establishing rapport and facilitating client engagement.
• A strong ability to work independently while also being an effective collaborator in a team-oriented environment.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, you will receive:
