Job Summary:
Client seeking a Business Process Solutions Architect to take end-to-end ownership of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business process, influencing and optimizing critical workflows across Finance & Accounting, Revenue, Sales, Sales Operations, Contract Management, and Services. This role will also provide expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Lead-To Renewal, Subscription Lifecycle Management and Partner & Channel Management
The ideal candidate will bring best practices from previous experience while deeply understanding Client existing business processes to make informed decisions on the most effective business process strategies for the organization. This role demands a strategic thinker, strong collaborator, and decisive leader who can drive process excellence while ensuring alignment with Client business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Own and drive the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process end-to-end, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
โ€ข Lead and optimize other enterprise-wide business processes, including Lead-To Renewal, Subscription Lifecycle Management and Partner & Channel Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2), to improve operational effectiveness.
โ€ข Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT to ensure streamlined business processes.
โ€ข Evaluate, recommend, and implement best practices for Intapp, leveraging industry expertise and internal learnings.
โ€ข Define process governance and decision-making frameworks to enable faster and more effective execution of business transactions.
โ€ข Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance automation, efficiency, and analytics across business processes.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Lead system enhancements and technology integrations that support Q2C, P2P, and R2R processes, working closely with IT and business units.
โ€ข Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to optimize operational performance and improve business outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
10+ years of experience in business process architecture, enterprise solutions, or business transformation roles.
Deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
โ€ข Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
โ€ข Proven ability to define, implement, and optimize business processes that align with company objectives.
Experience with ERP, CRM, CPQ, and revenue recognition tools (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
