Job description

In this role, you'll lead analytical and technology focused efforts aimed at improving business operations. Your work centers on identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency through the thoughtful use of information technology.

You'll regularly analyze current workflows using business process modeling and vendor solution evaluations to determine whether reengineering or new technology solutions can improve outcomes. When you identify risks or inefficiencies, you'll recommend practical, data backed changes to processes, projects, or procedures.

A key part of the role includes partnering with project managers and business stakeholders to define project approaches. You'll create and coordinate tasks, run meetings, and guide requirements gathering activities. Deliverables you produce may include business requirements documents, wireframes, requirement traceability matrices, and other project artifacts that support clear communication and direction.

Strong communication is essential in this position. You'll gather information from stakeholders, business owners, customers, and leadership, serving as a liaison between groups to ensure expectations are managed and information flows smoothly. Your work helps build shared understanding and supports successful project outcomes.

Once solutions are developed, you'll validate them by comparing the end product against specifications and requirements. Beyond project work, you'll contribute to team growth by mentoring peers or junior staff through structured activities, verbal guidance, or written documentation.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys problem solving, collaborating across teams, and shaping technology solutions that improve how the organization operates.
