JOB TITLE:Business Process Owner Supervisor

DEPARTMENT: Operations

REPORTS TO: Production Manager

FLSA STATUS:Salaried (Exempt)

What You'll Do (Preparation, Go-Live, Hypercare, ERP Cutover Responsibilities):

Estimated Timeline: Q2 2026 - Q3 2027

Estimated Time consumption: 10-55% in 2026, 25% in 2027 (potential 3rdparty to relive)

  • Attend D365 Business Process Owner Training
  • Assist plants struggling with the ERP transition.
  • Participate in UAT testing and building training programs.
  • Work with Business Process Team and IT at cut-over and go-live and assist with issue escalation.
  • Required Corporate Travel 10%-25%

What You'll Do (Post Hypercare Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

Estimated Time Consumption: 25%

  • These are additional tasks beyond the duties of applicant's current position.
  • Be the point person for your plant as it relates to ERP questions and training that is needed for the ERP.
  • Communicate to Business Process Subject Matter Expert when there are ERP related issues within your plant.
  • Be proactive in identifying Process shortfalls and Improvement opportunities in the plant and work with local leadership to implement changes.
  • Follow all safety guidelines as a fully empowered team member to achieve plant-wide goal of zero incidents.
  • Train supervision and operations on ERP best practices and changes.
  • Train and implement ERP best practices to the local plant leadership team.
  • Be able to present trainings and reports to local, corporate, and executive level leaders.
  • Supervise direct reports.
  • Required Corporate Travel 5%-10%.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Salary Range $62,000-$88,000

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

  • Ability to be involved in public speaking and training end users.
  • 2+ years' experience supervising in a Manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.
  • Process improvement knowledge in a manufacturing environment such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc., to drive operational excellence system is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross functionally is necessary.
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere with little supervision and integrate into an existing team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex setups or issues to peers and above.
  • Excellent people, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong computer skills for Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
  • Some Technical writing skills are preferred.
