Job DescriptionThe Integrated Account Management (IAM) Strategic Insights team is responsible for shaping our Company account management strategy as the U.S. health care market continues to evolve and for advancing our capabilities to be the preeminent account management organization.-- We do this by furthering our Payor Engagement, Account Management and Customer Collaboration strategies and competencies. With the strength of our existing portfolio and pipeline, this is an exciting time to join the IAM Strategic Insights team.Specifically, the Associate Director, Strategic Insights will support timely resource development and approvals in support of the Strategic Insights team. -This role will combine your proven project management skills with opportunity for strategic input in helping to shape go to market resources for our Account Executives. -The position will report to the IAM Director, Portfolio Engagement. -It is a hybrid position, based in Upper Gwynedd, PA, though other remote arrangements may be considered. -Primary Responsibilities:Manage PromoMats submissions for the Policy & Strategic Insights-teamPrepare-all materials, including source and reference documents, for submission and review in PromoMatsEnsure all anchors for primary resource are properly completed and validatedSteward asset through-appropriate-review tiers (in-person and offline)Schedule all-in-person reviewsCoordinate with Director, Portfolio Management and the Patient Health Innovation team on all above brand resources directed towards IAM customers and Account ExecsProvide strategic input on resource developmentEnsure appropriate approvals for additional materials specific to IAMDevelop-communications specific for IAM Account ExecutivesOrganize Health EQ handoff for resources specific to IAMManage-all ongoing customizable resources for above brand resources that are utilized by IAM customers and Account Executives and partner with Director, Portfolio Engagement on related activities (HealthEQ handoff, resource codebook management)Support IAM Strategic Pillars process & related reporting activitiesGather, synthesize, and prepare quarterly updates from IAM Strategic Pillar workstream leads for senior leadership reviewCoordinate with workstream sponsors and leads to ensure timely and accurate reporting on key initiativesBudget management for Strategic Insights & PolicyPO-management and trackingInvoice approvalsQualifications: Education: Required: BA/BS Degree Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree Required Experience and Skills: Minimum of five (5) years combined marketing, marketing/sales support. Superior project management, and demonstrated experience and ability to manage across multiple stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive leadership skills, ability to collaborate across the organization and to influence without authority Preferred Experience and Skills: Experience with PromoMats, SAP and other vendor management tools. Experience with approval process for promotional and field guidance tools. Works well with customers and customer-facing teams with a mindset of improving our overall account management approach.
