How You Will Contribute:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between MedSpeed and designated strategic partners.

  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and other partnership meetings to assess performance, review opportunities, resolve challenges, and align priorities.
  • Coordinate executive sponsorship and internal support for MedSpeed's most important partner relationships.
  • Track commitments and ensure timely follow-through by internal and external stakeholders.

Opportunity Development

  • Work alongside sales on partner-generated and partner-influenced opportunities by facilitating introductions, coordinating next steps, and maintaining partner engagement.
  • Participate in customer meetings, opportunity reviews, partner discussions, and TED readouts.
  • Provide the broader MedSpeed team with relevant partner, prospect, and relationship insights.
  • Stay engaged throughout the opportunity process to maintain momentum and address barriers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, marketing, analytics, operations, and executive leadership to align partnership activity with company priorities.
  • Coordinate internal resources needed to support partner initiatives and customer opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns, communications, events, and educational programs.
  • Collaborate with the broader commercial team to maintain accurate partner, activity, and opportunity information within MedSpeed's CRM and reporting systems.
Skills For Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 7 + years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, alliance management, enterprise sales, or account management.
  • Experience managing complex external relationships and working with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Understanding of consultative B2B sales processes and complex customer opportunities.
  • Experience developing engagement plans, governance processes, business reviews, or performance scorecards.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and relationship-management skills.
