Description:

 The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will be a pivotal role on the senior leadership team at ElderSource leading the organization’s overall philanthropic efforts and creating meaningful opportunities to engage the greater community. The position is responsible for the planning, development and execution of a robust partnership strategy and implementation of an ambitious fundraising program to generate new revenue for the organization. The Vice President will work collaboratively with exceptional groups of individuals, corporations, and foundations who strive to improve the lives of older adults and adults living with disabilities through meaningful investments of their time and financial resources. ElderSource is seeking a colleague who is committed to advancing our mission with energy and passion for what we do. This position reports directly to the CEO 

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is required. Five to seven years (preferred) of success in building, leading and growing philanthropy programs of comparable size; including at least three years at the supervisory level. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office software, fundraising databases, and internet research.
