Job description

Envision Horizons is a global marketplace growth agency specializing in Amazon, Walmart, and other major retail media networks. Our team helps brands build awareness, capture market share, and drive profitability through data-driven strategy and execution.
We believe high-performing teams are built on trust, curiosity, and the power of collective expertise. As a leading force in global eCommerce acceleration, our diverse, tech-driven professionals don't just react to the industry; they shape it. By fusing ambitious thinking with compassion, we deliver exceptional client outcomes while making space for every individual to create, grow, and genuinely thrive. Each team member influences our evolution, enjoying flexibility and support unmatched by larger organizations. Here, your impact is real, your ideas matter, and your career trajectory is limitless.
Role Overview
The VP of Strategic Partnerships is a senior leader responsible for building and owning Envision Horizons' most important external relationships-across VC/PE and family offices, Amazon and key platforms, and strategic agencies-to generate a consistent flow of high-quality, partner-sourced opportunities. This role focuses on creating qualified leads and pipeline (especially for new and strategic services), designing repeatable partnership programs, and ensuring partners are enabled to refer and promote Envision Horizons across their portfolios. While Sales and Client Services own closing and renewals, the VP of Strategic Partnerships is measured on the volume, quality, and strategic impact of the opportunities created through the partnership ecosystem.
How You'll Make an Impact
1. Partner-Sourced Leads & Pipeline
  • Develop and deepen relationships with venture capital firms, private equity groups, family offices, Amazon, platforms, and strategic agencies to position Envision Horizons as the preferred marketplace growth partner.
  • Generate a consistent flow of partner-sourced sales-qualified leads (SQLs) that progress to the Audit stage and into active opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Drive pipeline coverage by ensuring a healthy value of partner-originated opportunities, including new services, correctly tagged and tracked in Pipedrive and related CRM systems.
  • Establish and manage referral frameworks (introductions, co-marketing, portfolio programs), tracking lead quality, conversion to opportunity, and pipeline value from each partner.
  • Ensure partners are regularly updated on Envision Horizons' capabilities, new offerings, and results via briefings, portfolio reviews, and targeted communications.

2. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Programs
  • Design and launch structured partner programs with VC/PE/family offices, Amazon, and key platforms that generate recurring introductions and opportunities across portfolios.
  • Create net‑new vertical or channel partnerships (e.g., specific retail categories, non-endemic verticals, media or tech platforms) that produce qualified opportunities and expand EH's reach.
  • Develop and pilot custom partnership services and offers-for example, quarterly market insight reports for financial institutions, Amazon launch packages for marketplace entrants, or due diligence solutions for VC/PE-that naturally transition into EH engagements.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to co-build scopes, pricing, and delivery models that support these partnership-driven programs and are easy for Sales to sell.

3. Amazon & Platform Relationship Management
  • Build and foster strong relationships with Amazon category leaders, vendor managers, retail stakeholders, and advertising contacts to generate introductions and early access to brands launching or scaling on Amazon.
  • Coordinate co-marketing, pilot and beta programs, and co-sell motions with Amazon and other platforms that directly result in partner-sourced leads and pipeline.
  • Implement structured CRM tagging and tracking for Amazon/platform-sourced opportunities to ensure clear visibility into impact and attainment against partnership KPIs.
  • Represent Envision Horizons in platform sessions, lunch‑and‑learns, events, and thought leadership moments that strengthen our positioning and increase inbound interest.

4. Executive & Portfolio Leadership
  • Act as a senior relationship owner with portfolio-level visibility across strategic accounts and partners, working at the C‑suite level to uncover future needs and whitespace opportunities.
  • Facilitate regular senior-level meetings with client, VC/PE, and platform executives to identify portfolio-wide initiatives that can translate into EH opportunities.
  • Deliver portfolio-wide insight reports, presentations, and events for VC/PE/family office stakeholders that highlight trends, performance benchmarks, and opportunities for Envision Horizons support.salesgenie+1
  • Partner with Marketing and Client Services to create case studies, testimonials, and referral assets directly tied to strategic partnership outcomes.
  • Mentor internal teams on partnership development, ecosystem strategy, and opportunity sourcing best practices, helping scale the impact of the partnerships function.

What Sets You Apart
  • 10+ years in strategic partnerships, enterprise account management, or business development within an agency, SaaS, or consumer/retail environment.
  • Proven success generating qualified pipeline through partnership programs, referrals, and strategic accounts, rather than solely owning direct sales quotas.
  • Experience partnering with VC/PE/family office stakeholders and building portfolio-wide programs strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's retail and advertising ecosystem and/or an existing network within Amazon or other key platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent executive presence, communication skills, and consultative approach to relationship-building.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, client-first environment with a global, distributed team.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary plus performance bonus, so your results and ambition are truly rewarded.
  • Fully remote culture, with collaborative hubs in New York, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Seattle; join us from anywhere, but connect where opportunity grows.
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance with a minimum company contribution, 401(k) match to plan for your future, and flexible PTO and wellness days to support both your personal and professional well-being.
  • Career growth support, ongoing learning opportunities, 1:1 leadership coaching program, and structured mentorship opportunities.
  • Engaging virtual team events and activities throughout the year.
  • Partnership with Talkspace for free mental health support.

Why Envision Horizons?
  • Culture-Driven: Our values: Be a Leader, Get It Done, Be Inquisitive, and Have Humility, are more than words. They're the foundation of every win and the reason our team stays and grows.
  • Empowered Growth: With open leadership, mentorship, and real opportunities for upskilling and career pathing, your ambition won't hit a ceiling here.
