Job description

Company Overview
Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the emerging trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and building production-grade voice agents at scale. More than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations build voice offerings that are 'Powered by Deepgram', including Twilio, Cloudflare, Sierra, Decagon, Vapi, Daily, Cresta, Granola, and Jack in the Box. Deepgram's voice-native foundation models are accessed through cloud APIs or as self-hosted and on-premises software, with unmatched accuracy, low latency, and cost efficiency. Backed by a recent Series C led by leading global investors and strategic partners, Deepgram has processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words. There is no organization in the world that understands voice better than Deepgram.
Company Operating Rhythm
At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset-AI use and comfort aren't optional, they're core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.
Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do.
Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you're not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you're seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.
The Opportunity
Deepgram is the Voice AI platform powering the next generation of enterprise voice agents, contact centers, and real-time speech applications. As we continue scaling our enterprise footprint, strategic technology partners are one of our highest-leverage routes to market. We are hiring a Strategic Partner /director to build and scale Deepgram's strategic technology partner ecosystem from the ground up.
This is a highly strategic, builder-oriented role focused on developing and expanding relationships with technology partners such as Genesys, Databricks, Snowflake, and Tier-1 telcos. You will define what an AI-native partner motion looks like at Deepgram - driving sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions while leveraging AI, automation, and data to scale impact far beyond a traditional alliances organization.
If you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building from zero, and are excited about reshaping enterprise partnerships in the AI era, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Own the Strategic Partner Strategy
  • Build and execute Deepgram's strategy across named technology partners including Genesys, Databricks, Snowflake, and major telecom providers
  • Develop joint value propositions, account plans, integration strategies, and executive governance cadences
  • Establish Deepgram as a strategic Voice AI and AI infrastructure partner within each ecosystem
Drive Partner Revenue Motions
Lead and scale:
  • Sell-to motions: Position Deepgram as an embedded Voice AI layer inside partner platforms and ecosystems
  • Sell-through motions: Enable partners to package and deliver repeatable AI-powered offerings to enterprise customers
  • Sell-with motions: Co-sell into enterprise accounts alongside partner field teams and Deepgram sellers
Build Partner-Sourced Pipeline
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets
  • Drive measurable revenue outcomes through strategic co-sell execution
  • Instrument forecasting, attribution, and reporting across the partner funnel
Create Joint Solutions & Enablement
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and GTM teams to develop integrations, marketplace listings, reference architectures, and industry-specific offerings
  • Build scalable enablement programs including certifications, sales plays, demos, integration kits, and technical training
  • Enable hundreds - and eventually thousands - of partner sellers, solution architects, and practitioners
Operate AI-Natively
This role is intentionally AI-forward. You will use AI systems, agents, automation, and workflows to scale partner operations efficiently and intelligently.
Examples include:
  • AI-generated partner collateral and enablement content
  • Automated account mapping and co-sell attribution
  • CRM and ecosystem workflow automations
  • AI-driven identification of co-sell opportunities and partner insights
Represent Deepgram Externally
  • Serve as a senior external face of Deepgram across executive briefings, alliance reviews, partner summits, and industry events
  • Develop a strong point of view on the future of Voice AI, enterprise AI transformation, and ecosystem partnerships
Partner Cross-Functionally
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Leadership teams
  • Remove friction and accelerate partner-driven revenue growth
What You Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales
  • 3-5+ years directly managing strategic technology partnerships such as Genesys, Databricks, Snowflake, cloud hyperscalers, telecom providers, or adjacent ecosystems
  • Proven success building sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale strategic partnerships from zero or early-stage environments
  • Strong understanding of how technology ecosystems operate across product organizations, alliances, marketplaces, solution architecture, and enterprise field sales
  • Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems including LLMs, agentic AI, CCaaS/CX platforms, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools, automations, workflows, or internal systems to drive operational scale
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Analytical mindset with strong operational rigor and pipeline ownership
  • High ownership mentality with comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Nice to Have
  • Existing relationships within Genesys, Databricks, Snowflake, major telecom providers, or adjacent enterprise ecosystems
  • Experience launching integrations, marketplace listings, or joint partner solutions that resulted in repeatable customer engagements
  • Background in Voice AI, Speech AI, CCaaS, telecom APIs, or adjacent ecosystems such as AWS Connect, NICE, Five9, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Twilio
  • Experience building internal AI tooling, automations, or revenue workflows
Why Deepgram
Deepgram is defining the future of Voice AI infrastructure. You'll join a fast-growing, AI-native company at the center of enterprise transformation and have the opportunity to shape one of the company's most strategic growth channels from the ground up.
