  • Shape enterprise financial strategy by linking long-term business objectives with actionable financial insights, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead and evolve forecasting, planning, and performance management processes to drive forward-looking, data-informed decisions.
  • Guide evaluation of large-scale strategic initiatives, including investments, pricing strategies, cost structure optimization, and transformation efforts.
  • Partner with FAST and other centralized teams to prioritize analytics, enhance reporting capabilities, and scale consistent financial practices.
  • Drive alignment across functions, ensuring cohesive financial narratives and disciplined execution against enterprise goals.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing finance talent, strengthening business partnership capabilities across the function.
  • Champion the use of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to modernize finance processes and elevate decision-making.

Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, business finance, strategy, or consulting
  • Demonstrated experience advising executives and influencing enterprise-level decisions
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, drive transformation, and scale financial processes
  • Strong experience leading teams and developing talent
  • Advanced proficiency in financial systems, modeling, and analytics tools
