If you’re looking for a fast-paced, innovative community with a team focused on collaboration and empowerment through technology, we encourage you to get in touch.

Your role:

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to align revenue and customer information across internal tools, facilitate process improvements to improve marketing and sales processes, and provide analytical insights that help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have analytical skills that ensure we make decisions based on accurate data and actionable KPIs, and their critical reasoning capabilities will spot opportunities for process simplification and synergy across tools.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide CRM training and support to ensure data cleanliness across tools
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field (sales or marketing operations, performance marketing, business analytics)
  • Tested project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve business performance
  • Familiarity with sales, operations, and marketing tools, such as HubSpot, Smartsheet, and NetSuite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-departmentally
  • Knowledge of the sales process and the company’s target audience and goals
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Basic SQL experience a plus
  • A desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop new skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
