  • Partner with RxVantage finance and revenue teams to administer commission processes for Go to Market team members
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue performance, customer engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Partner with GTM stakeholders to define success metrics, KPIs, and performance benchmarks across each motion.
  • Translate raw data into clear insights, trends, and recommendations for executives and GTM leaders.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities within GTM motions using data-driven analysis.
  • Ensure alignment on metric definitions, data sources, and reporting standards across systems.
  • Support forecasting, planning, and quarterly business reviews with reliable and timely analysis.
  • Continuously improve reporting automation, data quality, and analytical frameworks as the GTM strategy evolves.
  • Partner with other members of the Revenue Operations team to ensure all necessary mechanisms are in place within the GTM tech stack to execute quality reporting and analysis

The ideal candidate:

  • Ability to define, document and standardize GTM metrics including funnel conversion, pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV, retention and expansion
