Job description

Well, hello there

Castify (Creators of Screencastify) is a leading technology company dedicated to improving communication and learning outcomes with video. We have established ourselves as a leader in the K-12 education sector in the United States and we are critical in helping scale a teacher and improve student outcomes. We are also actively expanding into new and exciting markets outside of K-12 including bringing our tested solution into companies and organizations. Castify is used by over 15M people today and is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Squad!

About this role

As the Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll own our Salesforce instance and the overall health of our GTM reporting systems. This is a foundational role for someone who loves clean data, wants deep ownership over a CRM, and is energized by making sure leaders can trust the numbers they're looking at every day.

You'll sit at the center of our go-to-market engine - partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product leadership to keep Salesforce running smoothly, reporting accurately, and our data pipelines (including BigQuery) clean and reliable.

What you'll own:
  • Salesforce Administration: Serve as the primary admin for our Salesforce org - user management, permissions, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and third-party integrations.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot reports and dashboards used by Sales, CS, Product, Finance, and executive leadership; ensure metrics are consistent and defensible across teams.
  • Partnership: Work with Marketing & Product teams to align Salesforce and usage/product data (e.g., feature adoption, account health signals) so GTM teams have a complete view of the customer, and to support product-led growth or expansion motions with reliable data.
  • Data Hygiene: Own ongoing data quality efforts - deduping, standardizing fields, auditing for stale or inflated figures, and building processes to prevent drift over time.
  • Systems Health: Monitor integrations between Salesforce and adjacent tools (marketing automation, BigQuery,ย  Chargebee, CS platforms) to catch sync issues before they become reporting problems.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of Salesforce configuration, field definitions, and reporting logic so institutional knowledge doesn't live in one person's head.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Support Sales and CS leadership with pipeline, forecasting, and account-health analysis as needed.

Castify is growing quickly, and this role will have an outsized impact on how clean, trustworthy, and actionable our data is across the company.

Requirements

You're perfect for this role if you:
  • Bring 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Hold a Salesforce Admin certification (preferred) or demonstrate clear working proficiency with Salesforce configuration.
  • Demonstrate strong SQL skills; experience with BigQuery a plus.
  • Can work in spreadsheets/Excel at an advanced level (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).
  • Have high attention to detail - you notice when a number looks off and you dig until you know why.
  • Possess strong written communication skills; comfortable explaining technical/data issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have a self-starter mentality - this role has real ownership and room to grow into a more senior RevOps position.
You'll stand out if you:
    • Have experience in a SaaS or edtech environment.
    • Are familiar with marketing automation platforms.
    • Have exposure to forecasting or pipeline management processes.

This role is based out of Screencastify's Fulton Market office in Chicago and follows a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week in the office.

Working at Castify

We are results-focused, fast-moving, and here to change how the world communicates and learns through video. We value accountability, speed, and people who take ownership end-to-end. We love a challenge, a good problem, and teammates who bring both creativity and follow-through. Rule #1: Be a good person.

Compensation

The expected annual base salary for this role is anticipated to start at $75,000. Final compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications.ย

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation. We take a data-driven approach to our compensation strategy so all employees are paid competitively and fairly.
  • 401(k) & Annual Performance Bonus Opportunity. We want to invest in present you and future you, which is why we offer a 401(k) match + Annual Performance Bonus opportunity.
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO) Policy. We recognize that time off to rest and recharge is important. The Flexible Time Off Policy (FTO) is designed for our employees to do just that -- balance work and life while maintaining well-being.
  • Parental Leave. Generous paid time off for parents to bond with the newest addition to their family!
  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance. We offer comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Plus, all employees receive a free One Medical membership.
  • Divvy Bike Membership. If you're in Chicago, take advantage of an annual Divvy membership -- on us.

At Castify, we foster an inclusive, supportive, fun, and challenging team environment. We value having a team that is made up of a diverse set of backgrounds and respect the healthy expression of diverse opinions. We embrace experimentation and the examination of all kinds of ideas through reasoning and testing. Come join us as we continue to change the world through video.

Castify is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, genetic information, gender identity, disability, Veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
