Zayo isseekinga highly skilled Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to drive strategic, revenue-generating initiatives across the go-to-market GSM organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations to design, analyze, and operationalize programs that accelerate growth, improve customer acquisition and expansion, andoptimizerevenue.

Our Senior Revenue Operations Analyst plays a critical role in translating strategy into execution by leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering insights that inform go-to-market decisions. This role is primarily focused on driving strategic initiatives, revenue optimization, and providing insights that enable effective go-to-market execution and growth.

Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with Sales, Enablement, Marketing, Finance, and Product to support and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives that drive revenue growth.

  • Providedata-driven insights, modeling, and recommendations to inform GTM strategy, market segmentation, coverage models, and productivity targets.

  • Support the design and execution of new revenue programs, product or marketing initiatives, and sales enablement efforts.

  • Track and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives, translating results into actionable recommendations.

  • Own and manage revenue-related programs across sales segments, including execution tracking, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Identifygaps in current processes and systems; define requirements and lead improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and revenue impact.

Strategic Insights & Analysis

  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights focused on strategic initiatives, growth drivers, and strategic outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards that highlight trends, opportunities, and drivers across acquisition, expansion, and retention.

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making and strategic planning.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted partner and liaison between cross functional groups including Sales, Enablement, Marketing, Finance, Product, and IT.

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsand recommendationstailored to different audiences.

  • Support change management and communication for new processes, tools, and GTM initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related fieldrequired; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Financial/Operational Analysis.

  • Experience supporting strategic GTM initiatives and revenue-driving programs.

  • Strongexpertisein Salesforce CRM, including reporting, data governance, and process design.

  • Advanced Excel skillsrequired; experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leaders.

  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating with ambiguity.

Estimated Base Salary Range: $87,600.00 - $134,700.00 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
