First Advantage is seeking a highly influentialSenior Revenue Operations Analyst - GTM Transformation.

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, driving operational excellence across the revenue organization. This role is responsible for optimizing end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) processes and enabling scalable growth through data-driven insights, planning, and process improvement initiatives

The position supports annual and ongoing GTM planning activities, including capacity modeling, quota allocation, compensation plan strategy, and sales performance forecasting and reporting. It plays a critical role in developing, administering, and evaluating sales compensation programs that align incentives with business objectives and drive desired sales behaviors. The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst identifies opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, improve data quality, and enhance reporting capabilities across the GTM technology platforms. The role delivers actionable sales performance and productivity analysis to support strategic decision-making and business performance management.

Core Responsibilities

  • Annual GTM planning, including budgeting, territory planning, capacity modeling, and quota design

  • Sales compensation plan strategy, design, and execution

  • Workflow optimization, automation, and integration across RevOps systems

  • Sales performance executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and forecasting models

  • Strategic insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, or related roles

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Highly selfdirected and proficient in owning initiatives endtoend

  • Proven experience executing complex cross-functional projects

  • Strong experience with Salesforce, Xactly, Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet

The salary range for this position is approximately $80,000-100,000 base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
