  • Own the design, maintenance, and evolution of executive reporting frameworks, ensuring key business metrics are consistently defined, trusted, and actionable. Deliver recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Improve stakeholder access to data through scalable reporting solutions, analytical investigations, stakeholder training, documentation, and self-service analytics initiatives.
  • Contribute to data model development, metric definition, and business logic within dbt, helping ensure business requirements are accurately represented in shared analytics foundations and scalable reporting assets.
  • Serve as the analytics owner for sales compensation reporting, ensuring incentive metrics are accurate, auditable, and aligned with defined business rules. Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on compensation-related analyses and quarterly executive reporting.
  • Own business-facing reference data and operational analytics assets, including mapping tables, reporting definitions, data validations, and stakeholder documentation.
