Job Description
The Senior Distribution Operations Analyst will serve as a key member for executing distribution initiatives in the Las Vegas Distribution Center. This leader is responsible for leading a small team and driving data insights that improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and profiling performance. The analyst will leverage tools such as SAP EWM, Excel, and SQL to optimize warehouse functions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Position Location: This is an onsite role, reporting to our Distribution Center in Las Vegas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and support a team of hourly associates in executing daily and weekly data tasks..
• Provide a high level of support to operational teams in maximizing inventory data accuracy, profiling performance, operational throughput, workforce efficiency and labor management
• Generate actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analysis to support decision-making by operations leadership.
• Maintain and improve tools, reports, and processes related to labor standards, slotting, and inventory profiling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and Supply Chain teams to implement process improvements based on data findings.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain team on SKU rationalization that will enable efficiency in normal operations and/or project execution.
• Identify areas for improvement, determine metrics, and develop processes for ensuring successful transitions for projects.
• Assist in the development and presentation of strategic and tactical capacity plans to DC leadership.
• Drive the change management process by assessing situations, understanding impacts, developing recommendations and driving actions.
• Challenge current and/or traditional ways for measuring supply chain value and create new approaches/solutions that will improve business outcomes.
• Drive and maintain service in accordance with FBIN standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a distribution or logistics environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, lookups) and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with SAP EWM preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with large datasets and identify trends or anomalies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior staff is a plus.
• Experience operating in an ERP environment (SAP preferred) is preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Supply Chain and Six Sigma expertise gained through training, certification, and/or industry associations is preferred (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, PMP).
• Skillful in building valued partnerships with stakeholders, communicating and influencing effectively across all levels of an organization, leading change, collaborating and working cross-functionally, facilitating workshops, applying emotional intelligence, and employing analytics.

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
