The Global Sales Operations Analyst serves as a strategic business operations partner responsible for optimizing global sales operations, partner management, and line-of-business (LOB) growth initiatives. The role exercises independent judgment in analyzing sales performance, identifying operational opportunities, recommending process improvements, and driving execution across global sales teams.   • Analyze sales execution metrics and recommend operational improvements that strengthen forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue visibility.
  • Manage operational governance for strategic partner programs by evaluating engagement effectiveness, identifying performance trends, and recommending actions that strengthen partner relationships.
  • Influence stakeholders across global teams to drive adoption of standardized business processes and best practices.
  • Exercises independent judgment in evaluating business data, operational priorities, and partner performance.
  • Makes recommendations regarding sales processes, CRM governance, reporting methodologies, and business operations.
  • Prioritizes work independently while balancing competing business demands with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales Operations, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
