Job description

Hearth & Home Technologies is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Stoves Business Unit in Lakeville, MN. We are the nation’s leading manufacturer and supplier of hearth products, including a wide variety of gas, electric, wood and pellet burning fireplaces, inserts, stoves, and accessories. Headquartered in Lakeville, Minnesota, with distribution around the world, our innovative approach is supported by a business unit structure that allows us to develop and market products with a strong focus on customers’ needs. Since 1996, we’ve been dedicated to connecting people through the warmth and comfort of our hearth products.
 
As one of our four core business units, the Stoves Business Unit brings together top brands such as Harman, Vermont Castings, and Quadra-Fire, now united under one as Forge & Flame, alongside other stove brands. This unit focuses on delivering high-quality, reliable stove solutions, including wood, pellet, and gas models.
 
The Sales Operations Analyst I supports these priorities by providing data-driven insights, tools, and process support to enable the Stove sales team to perform at a high level. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve visibility, enhance decision-making, and accelerate revenue growth across the Stove portfolio
 
Roles & Responsibilities 
  • Build and maintain sales reporting and dashboards for Stove products, including key performance indicators (KPI) and business performance metrics
  • Support analysis that identifies opportunities to accelerate Stove sales growth across channels and markets
  • Maintain and enhance tools that support channel coverage, brand performance, and sales territory alignment
  • Administer sales systems and platforms, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce
  • Create and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency and ease of use for sales teams
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting and processes to improve efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to support Stove business initiatives
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting to support leadership decision-making
  • Support voice of customer and feedback mechanisms such as You Talk We Listen (YTWL)
  • Contribute to broader Sales Operations priorities and initiatives as needed

Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce or Geopointe
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Cognos Business Intelligence (BI), or Power BI
  • Exposure to process improvement, automation, or tool development
  • Experience supporting consumer products, manufacturing, or channel-based sales environments
