Job description

Position Overview:

As the Revenue Operations Analyst for RxVantage you will function as the analytical linchpin for our Go To Market organization, providing clear insight between data and revenue performance. This role will serve as a backbone to understanding performance, identifying areas of opportunity, and driving data-informed decisions across the entire client lifecycle.

The primary focus of this role is to provide clear, accurate and actionable insights across all GTM motions including Sales, Marketing, Service and Account Management. You will own the design, maintenance and evolution of GTM reporting - ultimately providing executive level insights that enable leaders to optimize pipeline, drive revenue efficiency and increase customer engagement. You will become the cornerstone of all revenue intelligence, providing a consistent source of truth for GTM Metrics and performance analysis.

The Revenue Operations Analyst will primarily partner with the revenue organization, but will also work closely with Operations, IT, Finance, Data and Product to centralize all GTM reporting functions including commissions, product feedback and revenue retention.

The Revenue Operations Analyst will work closely with the Director of Sales Operations to develop and prioritize the GTM Intelligence roadmap and facilitate enablement programs that allow for on demand, real time access to strategic information for key stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own end-to-end GTM reporting across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Service, and Account Management motions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment between Go-To-Market systems (CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement) and financial systems by reconciling revenue, bookings, and pipeline metrics and resolving discrepancies.
  • Partner with RxVantage finance and revenue teams to administer commission processes for Go to Market team members
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue performance, customer engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Partner with GTM stakeholders to define success metrics, KPIs, and performance benchmarks across each motion.
  • Translate raw data into clear insights, trends, and recommendations for executives and GTM leaders.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities within GTM motions using data-driven analysis.
  • Ensure alignment on metric definitions, data sources, and reporting standards across systems.
  • Support forecasting, planning, and quarterly business reviews with reliable and timely analysis.
  • Continuously improve reporting automation, data quality, and analytical frameworks as the GTM strategy evolves.
  • Partner with other members of the Revenue Operations team to ensure all necessary mechanisms are in place within the GTM tech stack to execute quality reporting and analysis

The ideal candidate:

Technical Skills Required

  • SQL Proficiency including the ability to write complex queries to extract transform and analyze GTM data across multiple sources
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools building dashboards and reports (Tableau Preference)
  • Proficiency building Salesforce reporting and Dashboards
  • Advanced Spreadsheet skills including data modeling and scenario analysis
  • Ability to define, document and standardize GTM metrics including funnel conversion, pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV, retention and expansion
  • Familiarity with various models of compensation and incentive plans
  • Ability to maintain and validate financial data including forecasting, bookings, revenue, expenses and variance analysis
  • Effective management of sales and financial data across various systems including CRM, Dashboards, Spreadsheets and financial systems.

Non Technical Skills Required

  • Ability to create partnerships and actively listen to department leadership in order to develop analysis that solves problems and facilitates RxVantage Go to Market Revenue Goals.
  • Ability to prioritize project management and align roadmap to RxVantage's growth goals and vision
  • Proactive attitude to identify potential issues and present solutions before problems arise. Mindset of thinking about both short term needs and long term company goals.
  • Detail oriented nature to document all updates and processes.
  • Ability to manage complex projects that span multiple teams and functions.
  • Willingness and capability to translate complex data sets and operational terminology to simple terms that convey the benefit for end users and management.
