Operational Data Analyst

The Operational Data Analyst is embedded within the Operations organization and is responsible for turning operational data into insights, tools, and reporting that improve visibility, drive performance, and support data-informed decision-making across RJW's network. This role plays a critical part in enabling accurate measurement of Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, helping to validate savings and operational impacts through trusted data models and visualizations. • Partner with operational leadership, CI, and IT to define reporting requirements, establish performance metrics, and automate recurring reporting tasks.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic projects, pricing evaluations, and customer-specific performance reviews.
  • Act as a data steward and internal consultant, supporting adoption of a data-driven culture by helping team members interpret reports and understand key metrics.
  • Assist in the documentation and training of reporting processes to ensure sustainability and reduce reliance on key individuals.
  • Stay informed on industry benchmarks and analytics best practices to recommend tools, techniques, and strategies that support RJW's operational excellence.
