Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to manage data analysis projects, reporting, data extracts, and automated data processes. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel, SAP, Power BI, and Power Apps experience and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data analysis projects from initial requests through reporting and presentation.
  • Process, cleanse, analyze, and validate data for accuracy.
  • Develop automated data routines and reporting processes.
  • Create data extracts, reports, trends, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Collaborate with Data Management and business teams to support operational analysis.
  • Communicate clear, concise, and actionable findings to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.

Top Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel complex formulas, reporting, graphing, VBA.
  • SAP experience.
  • Power BI / Power Apps experience.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience with SQL queries using Oracle or Business Objects preferred.

Required Qualifications
