Our site is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support Entegris by partnering across R&D, Materials Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to ensure critical data is defined, structured, and transformed into usable, trusted, and sustainable datasets.

As a batch chemical manufacturer serving the semiconductor industry, we require the highest standards of quality, traceability, and control. The Data Analyst in this role will play a critical part in improving data health, enabling analytics and digital solutions, and ensuring futurestate data sustainability by standardizing data definitions, collaborating with IT on improving data pipelines, and strengthening the processes and tools that generate and manage data.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with crossfunctional teams (R&D, Materials Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, CI, and Digital/IT) to understand business processes and define critical data elements, metrics, and data requirements.
  • Translate business and operational needs into welldefined, structured, and governed processes, resulting in reliable data sets that enable analytics, reporting, and digital solutions.
  • Work with the IT Data team to Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable data pipelines that transform raw data into curated, usable datasets aligned to business priorities.
  • Improve data quality, consistency, and usability by identifying gaps, root causes, and process issues impacting data health.
  • Drive improvements to data generation processes and tools to ensure future data is sustainable, standardized, and fit for purpose.
  • Use Power Automate, Power Apps, and the Power Platform to streamline and unify datacollection systems into automated, scalable workflows.
  • Design and deliver scalable web applications using Python frameworks, ensuring intuitive user experiences and robust backend data integration.
  • Develop data systems connected to internal platforms, APIs, and analytics pipelines to enable streamlined workflows.
  • Establish and reinforce data standards, definitions, and documentation to enable alignment and shared understanding across teams.
  • Collaborate with analytics, digital, and IT teams to ensure data foundations support advanced analytics, automation, and digital initiatives.
  • Prioritize data work based on business value and critical data needs, balancing nearterm use cases with longterm data health.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by enabling factbased problem solving through accessible, reliable data.
  • Reinforce ownership and stewardship of data across functions to ensure improvements are embedded and sustained.

What We Seek:

  • B.S. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Three to five years' experience (or more) in data analysis, web application development, analytics or data enablement within a manufacturing, quality, or operational environment.
  • Strong experience with SQL, datalake architectures, and ETL pipelines, including supporting datamodel development, debugging dataflow issues, and managing deployment of endtoend data solutions.
  • Strong objectoriented programming skills in Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) for web application development.
  • Demonstrated experience working with crossfunctional stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong problemsolving and systemsthinking skills with the ability to connect business processes to data structures and flows.
  • Experience creating dashboards (Python, Power BI), reports, and curated datasets that support analytics and decisionmaking.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data concepts to nontechnical audiences and influence without authority.

Required Experience:

  • Experience developing web applications for data collection, including consolidating multiple dataentry interfaces into a unified, efficient, and userfriendly platform.
  • Data discovery and definition (understanding source systems, data generation processes, and business context).
  • Data analysis and transformation to create clean, usable, and scalable datasets.
  • Improving data quality through process, tooling, and governance improvements.
  • Partnering with business and technical teams to prioritize and deliver business processes and data solutions aligned to business needs.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, quality, R&D, or regulated environments where data accuracy and traceability are critical.
  • Proficiency with Power Automate, Power Apps, and the Power Platform, including designing automated workflows, building custom apps, integrating connectors, and optimizing endtoend datacollection processes.
  • Strong understanding of how process discipline and standard work enable sustainable, highquality data.
  • Experience working alongside Digital, IT, or analytics teams to support dashboards, advanced analytics, or digital solutions.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement principles and how data enables operational excellence.
  • Ability to coach teams on data thinking, data health, and sustainable data practices.
