Reporting to the Superintendent, Strategic Optimization (SO), you will be part of the Strategic Optimization Department. The SO Specialist supports the identification, structuring, delivery, and sustainment of site improvement initiatives that improve safety, reliability, cost, productivity, and operational performance. The role works directly with operating departments to turn opportunities into executable plans, align stakeholders, remove implementation barriers, and ensure benefits are measured and communicated clearly.
