Job Title: Operations Data Analyst Location: Chesapeake, VA (Preferred work locations also include Tampa, FL; San Antonio, TX; Phoenix, AZ) Contract Length: 12+ Months Job ref# 247526 Support claims business operations by analyzing operational and performance data, identifying trends, forecasting outcomes, monitoring process performance, and providing actionable recommendations. Develop and maintain reporting that helps improve claims operations, business performance, and decision-making. Perform reporting and analytics in a read-only environment with no write access to production data
