 The Role

This is a highly structured, execution-focused data role.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate, consistent reporting across all events and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into operational performance on a weekly and monthly basis.

This role is less about interpretation and more about precision, consistency, and reliability of data used for decision-making.

 What You’ll Be Working With

  • Excel-based tracking models and structured reporting files

  • Weekly, monthly, and rolling performance cycles

  • Historical event performance across multiple markets

Core Responsibilities
  • Pull and organize daily Salesforce event performance data

  • Maintain weekly and monthly performance reporting cycles

  • Track event performance metrics across multiple locations

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all operational reports

  • Maintain structured datasets for historical comparisons

  • Support recurring evaluation cycles (performance reviews, scheduling decisions)

  • Identify and flag data discrepancies or inconsistencies

  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests from operations leadership

What Success Looks Like
  • Reports are delivered accurately and on time, every cycle

  • Data is consistent across all reporting outputs

  • Leadership trusts the accuracy of operational reporting

  • No breakdowns in reporting cadence or structure

Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Have
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, structured datasets)

  • Experience with recurring reporting cycles

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience working with operational or structured business data

Preferred
  • Salesforce reporting experience

  • Background in operations, logistics, or multi-site environments

  • Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau a plus but not required)

  • Experience in high-volume or deadline-driven reporting environments

Key Traits
  • Extremely detail-oriented and consistent

  • Comfortable with repetitive, high-accuracy work

  • Strong ownership of reporting timelines and data integrity

  • Proactive about catching issues before they escalate
