  • Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings with property leadership, presenting analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage room type and channel inventory, ensuring optimal mix and distribution across direct, OTA, GDS, and brand platforms.
  • Evaluate performance metrics including ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and market penetration indices.

  • Leverage forecasting models to guide budgeting, staffing, and long-term planning.
  • Train and mentor property-level staff on revenue management fundamentals and best practices.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for ownership and senior leadership, summarizing revenue performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand revenue teams at Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and other partner companies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, distribution technology, and evolving revenue management practices.
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by our supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of hotel revenue management experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred (degree not required with strong experience).
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, or IHG revenue management platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, STR reports, and revenue management systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across multiple properties.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
