Position Overview:

As Manager of the Revenue Management team, you will play a critical role in topline and bottom-line growth acceleration by leading transformational trade and Price Pack Architecture (PPA) optimization initiatives. Through data analytics, you will develop leading pricing and promotional strategy while upleveling organization RGM fluency, identifying and implementing best practices with Sales, Marketing, and Category Management partners. As a trusted internal advisor, you will help shape a growth roadmap across multiple horizons, identifying the next wave of revenue opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy cross-channel annual promotional strategy working closely with Sales and Finance teams
  • Track promotional plan implementation and measure effectiveness (lift, ROI) while building repository of winning tactics
  • Manage cross-channel trade budget overseeing pacing to plan; identify new opportunities to maximize investment returns in year
  • Conduct periodic market assessments to evaluate category and competitor pricing trends and emerging opportunities
  • Build RGM capabilities and leading material to drive upstream integration of best practices
  • Conduct test & learn to identify and validate new growth tactics
  • Build out pack price architecture roadmap to inform horizon II project pipeline
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales on new item launches while informing optimal roll-out strategy
  • Collaborate on FY budget planning and pricing / trade simulations

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Sales Strategy, Planning, Operations, or similar
  • A strong analytical mindset, an excellent understanding of P&L and key Revenue Growth levers to drive both top and bottom-line growth
  • Experience with market intelligence and syndicated data systems (e.g., Circana)
  • Excellent communication capabilities, ability to define and build sell-in materials
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets

Salary for the Manager, Revenue Growth Management starts at $140,000.
