A Little More About The Role:
We're looking for a Temporary Revenue Operations Analyst, a critical position the Sales team relies on for quote and proposal preparation. The Revenue Operations Analyst also serves as the "go-to" resource for sales research support, ultimately playing a vital role in Gravie's ability to win deals.
You will:
  • Prepare quotes, financial analyses and proposals
  • Serve as the liaison between the Sales and Underwriting teams during the quoting process
  • Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners
  • Utilize Salesforce to enter, analyze and report on quoting data
  • Collect all necessary materials for review during the quoting and renewal process
  • Ensure all necessary materials required during the quoting and renewal process are up-to-date and stored correctly in shared company folders Assist with sales research and requests
  • Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, macros, functions, vlookups, etc
  • A high degree of organization, accuracy and detail-orientation
  • A resourceful, driven and resilient attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong internal customer-service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
