Job Description

The Kinetic Group seeks an International Sales Director (HQ Anoka, MN; various possible worksites) to lead a sales team across 11 Midwest states for Remington Ammunition accessories. This role supervises a Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to build and maintain customer relationships.

Travel required: 60โ€“70% domestic for sales events and corporate meetings (Anoka, MN).

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales team to drive growth and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
  • Support product development through testing and feedback
  • Develop promotional programs
  • Create and manage sales budgets
  • Support and grow sales
Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • Minimum 60 months of progressive postโ€‘degree experience in a Sales Director or related sales role
  • Experience must include:
    • Hunting, shooting, sporting goods, or related industry
    • Team management
    • External and internal ballistics, wound ballistics presentations
    • Bullet construction and use; longโ€‘range shooting techniques and applications
    • Communicating product value across firearms customer segments
    • Working with product development teams (testing and feedback)
    • Developing promotional programs
    • Budget creation and management
    • International sales
  • Compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations (U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident, etc.)
Work Environment

Employee work assignments may include tasks with exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $157,200.00 - $235,700.00. Salary will be based on experience, geographic location, education and skills.
