Job Description

The Production Operations Manager will lead a high-performing team responsible for end-user support, incident management, and defect triage across critical platforms including Salesforce, nCino, and PrecisionLender. This leader will provide strategic oversight of production operations, driving system stability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the support lifecycle.

The role requires strong partnership and collaboration across a broad stakeholder landscape, including internal Product, Technology, Risk, and Business leaders, as well as external partners and vendors, to identify trends, prioritize enhancements, and deliver scalable solutions that improve user experience and platform performance. The Production Operations Manager will translate operational insights into data-driven recommendations, influencing enterprise decision-making and investment priorities.

This person will be responsible for developing team capability and building organizational strength, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and career growth. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in production support and software delivery, along with strong knowledge of banking processes, enabling alignment between business workflows and technology solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience with developing and implementing applications
  • Eight or more years of experience with major tasks, deliverables, formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering new or enhanced applications


Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience leading teams in Production Operations, Technology Operations, or similar support organizations
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SDLC, incident management frameworks, and production support models
  • Demonstrated ability to work across both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Experience supporting Salesforce or similar CRM platforms in a large-scale environment
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
