Job description

Manufacturing Production Manager (80-100K)


We have an excellent opportunity available for a Manufacturing Production Manager in the Syracuse, NY area. This is a direct hire, 1st shift, M-F position.


Job Duties include:

  • Provide hands on, shop floor leadership for Production Operations.
  • Monitor KPI’s and improve output, reduce costs, and streamline processes.
  • Drive safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S practices.
  • Ensure continuous process improvement and foster a team-oriented, fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Interview and hire new staff, conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions.


Experience & Education:

  • AAS or BA degree or equivalent Military Leadership experience.
  • 5+ years in production / manufacturing management.
  • Proven success in process improvements tied to metrics.
  • Relentless drive to lead in a fast pace / job shop environment.
