We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for supervising employees, meeting production goals, driving safety and quality initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

This position is on 2nd shift ($80k-$90k - DOE)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop production employees
  • Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved
  • Monitor production schedules and staffing needs
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams
  • Track production metrics and drive improvements
  • Conduct shift meetings and maintain production documentation

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
  • Experience leading hourly production employees
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, and production processes
  • Metal stamping, automotive, or high-volume manufacturing experience preferred
