Job Title: Warehouse Production Supervisor
Location: Riviera Beach, FL
Schedule: Open Availability (1st shift)
Pay Rate: $20.00-$24.00 Based on Experience

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Production Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and production operations in our dairy manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for leading warehouse and production staff, ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding the highest standards of food safety, quality, and workplace safety. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in food manufacturing, warehouse operations, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and production operations to meet production schedules and customer demands.
  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate warehouse and production employees while promoting a positive team environment.
  • Ensure all products are produced, packaged, and stored in accordance with food safety, quality, and company standards.
  • Coordinate the movement of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Monitor production efficiency, labor utilization, and workflow to maximize productivity.
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and company safety regulations.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the production process and address any quality concerns immediately.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, quality assurance, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Investigate and resolve production, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Complete production reports, inventory documentation, and employee performance evaluations.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or food production.
  • Previous experience in dairy, food manufacturing, beverage, or refrigerated production environments preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management software is preferred.
  • Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FDA regulations, and workplace safety standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced production environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable working in refrigerated and food production environments.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends as production demands require.
