  • Operate hand tools, pneumatic equipment, and truss table systems
  • Ensure trusses are built accurately to specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Perform visual quality checks on completed trusses
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper material handling and equipment use

What You Bring
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role (lifting, standing, repetitive motion)
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to read measurements and basic construction drawings (preferred but not required—we will train)
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Previous construction, manufacturing, or carpentry experience is a plus

  • Brand new, modern plant with advanced equipment and optimized workflow
  • Clean, well-organized workspace designed with safety in mind
  • Indoor production environment with exposure to typical manufacturing conditions (noise, dust, equipment)
  • Frequent lifting of materials (up to 50+ lbs) and standing for extended periods

Why Wick Buildings
  • Competitive Pay + Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO
  • Stable, Year-Round Work in a growing industry
  • Modern, state-of-the-art facility focused on safety, efficiency, and employee experience
  • Opportunities for advancement within plant operations
