Job Summary

The Manager, Manufacturing Production leads production strategy and operations for chain and fittings manufacturing, ensuring alignment with business, safety, and quality objectives.The Manager, Manufacturing Production oversees multiple teams and processes, including forging, machining, and finishing. Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and production excellence.

Essential Job Functions*

  • Develop and execute production strategies for metal forming and finishing operations.
  • Oversee supervisors and multiple production teams.
  • Monitor KPIs such as OEE, output, scrap, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and product performance standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
  • Partner with engineering on process and equipment upgrades.
  • Drive improvements in material utilization and cost control.
  • Oversee training and leadership development programs.
  • Manage high-impact production challenges and risks.
  • Ensure customer requirements and delivery commitments are met.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Other duties as assigned.
