Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner to lead product vision, strategy, and delivery within enterprise environment. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, ownership of product outcomes, and the ability to balance business, technical, and customer considerations to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product vision, features, and roadmap.
  • Define and track KPIs and OKRs, ensuring alignment with senior leadership.
  • Build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog; lead weekly refinement sessions.
  • Own feature definition and roadmap delivery in line with business objectives.
  • Create and validate user story acceptance criteria; approve completed stories.
  • Ensure appropriate testing frameworks are applied (market, functional, performance).
  • Manage dependencies across product teams and build strategic partnerships.
  • Inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration.
  • Drive communication, documentation, and process mapping for product initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and empowerment within the product team.
  • Partner with data stewards to ensure quality controls are implemented.
