Job description

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Dry Cleaning and Laundry Production Manager to oversee day to day operations. *Bilingual in Spanish/English is a major PLUS!*
This role will be a member of our management team and must be able to confidently lead a dedicated crew of production employees (many of which are Spanish speaking or English as a second language). He or she will be responsible for all production related activities for wet cleaning, dry cleaning and laundry operations. We will provide you Tide Cleaners specific training with the newest cleaning technology and production equipment in the industry.
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for: daily lot management, production flow, scheduling, productivity, inventory, quality control, output management and regular scheduled maintenance. This is a full time position and requires availability Monday - Friday (6a-2p) & alternating Saturdays.
*Candidate must have 5+ years of dry cleaning and laundry operations experience with proven track record of leadership, coaching and managing dry cleaning pressers, cleaners, laundry attendants and production drivers. Tide Cleaners uses Green Earth dry cleaning methodology as well as state of the art Wet Cleaning capabilities that are proprietary to Tide Cleaners franchise stores.

Requirements/Responsibilities

- Ensure quality and production standards are met through coaching, training
- Complete production on time and delivered to drop stores on schedule
- Resolve client/garment issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide a clean, organized environment for production employees.
- Oversee training, performance management, scheduling, and health & safety procedures
- Managing production hours, labor % and profitability of plant operations
