Job description

The Demand Generation Operations Analyst supports the Demand Generation & BDR function by building and maintaining outbound sales cadences, developing prospect lists, and delivering recurring and ad hoc reporting on BDR activity and pipeline performance. This role executes day-to-day operational and reporting tasks under the direction of the Demand Generation & BDR Manager, ensuring data accuracy, process adherence, and timely delivery of insights to Print sales leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable under multiple concurrent deadlines, and comfortable translating raw Salesforce data into clear, leadership-ready reporting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Cadence Build & Administration
    • Build, configure, and maintain outbound cadences in Salesforce under direction from the Demand Generation & BDR Manager.
    • Manage list loads, monitor enrollment and step progression, and correct data quality issues as they arise.
  • Prospect List Development
    • Develop net new target lists for BDR outbound using Salesforce, third-party data sources, and defined ICP criteria.
    • Verify contact accuracy and deduplicate against existing accounts prior to load.
  • BDR Performance Reporting
    • Build and maintain the recurring reporting package covering BDR activity volume, cadence throughput, meeting generation, and resulting pipeline.
    • Flag material changes or anomalies in the numbers to the Demand Generation & BDR Manager.
  • Performance Insights
    • Develop dashboards and ad hoc analysis on pipeline health, rep productivity, and coverage ratios for Print sales directors and the VP of Print Sales.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis
    • Complete account research, opportunity set analysis, campaign pulls, and whitespace/coverage views on request.
    • State assumptions and data limitations clearly in all output.
  • Forecast & KPI Tracking
    • Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to validate pipeline accuracy and support forecast reporting.
    • Track performance to plan for the Print BDR and demand generation function.
  • Process Documentation & Adherence
    • Document outbound and reporting processes as they are built.
    • Monitor adherence to cadence, data entry, and activity logging standards; escalate exceptions to the Demand Generation & BDR Manager.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work with Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations to connect campaign, account, and revenue data into consistent GTM reporting views.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Demand Generation, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Analytics.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, data cleanup, basic scenario modeling).
  • Strong Salesforce reporting and dashboard building experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to present findings clearly to a sales audience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy and reconciliation.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests, hold to committed timelines, and follow through without close supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience building or administering sales engagement cadences (Salesforce Sales Engagement, Salesloft, Outreach, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data enrichment and segmentation tools (D&B, ZoomInfo, 6sense, etc.).
  • Experience with AI tools like Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.
  • PowerPoint proficiency for packaging analysis into leadership-ready summaries.
  • Curiosity, business acumen, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

PAY RANGE:$68,633 - $106,381 annually
