Hiawatha Academies is currently seeking a hard-working, passionate, and goal-oriented leader to join our team as a Operations Coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year.
Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator (OC) is responsible for implementing a powerful vision for supporting student achievement through helping to manage remote and site-based operations. The OC will support school leaders, operations staff, and classroom teachers by managing attendance systems, supporting food services and facilities, as well as day-to-day operations. We passionately believe that smooth and effective operations allow the instructional team to focus on preparing every student for success in college and in life. The Operations Coordinator is a member of the Operations Team and reports directly to the Dean of Operations (DO).
