JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting Safety eyewear customer accounts and ECP network relationships to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive customer retention, and support revenue growth.  Serving as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, branches, labs and ECP partners by providing account management, program support, training, issue resolutions and operational coordination.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage customer and ECP network relationships to ensure high levels of service, satisfaction, and retention
  • Conduct account reviews and identify opportunities to increase program participation, upsell services, and grow existing business
  • Provide product education, customer service, onboarding, and training to customers, ECPs and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary resource for customer inquiries involving billing, ordering, network participation, and Safety eyewear program supports
  • Support the expansion of the ECP network by coordinating dispensing locations, onsite dispensers, fitting clinics and training activities
  • Maintain business reporting, account records, and KPIs to support divisional goals and operational effectiveness
  • Coordinate billing, collections, reimbursement and account reconciliation activities while ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Represent the organization at customer-facing events, safety shows, health fairs and other promotional activities to support awareness and program growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA requirements, safety regulations and quality standards while supporting team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years sales operations or customer service experience
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task with limited supervision, as well as work in a team setting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an optical environment

Pay Range: 22.04  - 33.37
