Job Overview:
  • Responsible for supporting entry-level sales processes and operational activities including customer onboarding, documentation management, proposal handling, CRM updates, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • The role involves ensuring accurate execution of sales support tasks, maintaining data integrity, and assisting with customer and order-related activities in alignment with defined performance metrics.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work across departments for alignment and information sharing.
  • Basic understanding of business and sales processes.
  • Ability to perform entry-level operational tasks with guidance.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet performance metrics.
  • Basic understanding of lean principles (preferred).

Experience:

  • High school diploma with 1 year of relevant work experience OR Associate’s degree with demonstrated capability in similar roles.
  • Experience supporting sales operations or administrative processes preferred.
  • Exposure to CRM or ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform entry-level sales process tasks while meeting defined performance metrics.
  • Support customer onboarding and gather required documentation (vendor forms, W-9, certificates of insurance, etc.).
  • Assist with customer sales support and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Distribute post-sales and installation communications and respond to customer requests.
  • Review, organize, and manage proposal documents and supporting materials.
  • Support SAP part number processes, account mapping, and order entry as needed.
  • Update CRM systems and assist with account management tasks.
  • Generate and monitor reports related to sales and operations.
  • Review, submit, and track job packages and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests.
  • Support other assigned operational and administrative tasks.

Should Have:

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of sales or business operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
