Sales Operations Coordinator Fountain View at Logan Square

Join our team at Logan Square Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as Sales Operations Coordinator. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time, Monday-Friday $65,000-$70,000 per year Same Day Pay! Responsibilities of Sales Operations Coordinator:

  • Ensure protected health information is kept confidential
  • Manage the sales team to drive results that position the community to achieve and surpass budgeted occupancy goals.
  • Communicate ideas to improve customer services
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face sales calls to qualified referral sources.
  • Develop pre-call plans and utilize the impact sales process to obtain referrals.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of the industry, served the market area, and major referral sources.
  • Promotion/PR/Advertising responsibilities
  • Participate in the planning and coordination of facility events such as seminars, where referral sources are invited to attend

Qualifications for Sales Operations Coordinator:

  • College degree preferred
  • 3 5 years of luxury senior living sales experience and a successful track record in identifying and building local relationships to drive business
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a deeply ingrained passion for seniors to successfully nurture relationships and build a lead base.
  • Broad knowledge of the greater senior living market and ability to develop and execute a strategic plan unique to that market.
