A day in the life of a Sales Operations Coordinator is all about ensuring the smooth and timely execution of the sales and closing process. You will assist the Sales Operations Manager in meeting closing and sales goals for the division, handling everything from managing contracts to maintaining all closing data in HB1. Coordinating and communicating orientation and closing dates with homebuyers, construction teams, lenders, and closing companies is a key part of your role. You will also support the Neighborhood Coordinator team and resolve any settlement issues, striving for a 95% customer satisfaction rate. Additionally, you will prepare and review closing packages, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the accuracy of marketing signage and listings. With 100% of your work based in the office, you will be the backbone of the division’s sales operations, contributing to the overall success of the team while upholding Stanley Martin’s mission, vision, and values.
