Known for operational excellence and customer-first service, we're expanding our internal sales operations team and looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support quoting, RFQs, and pipeline coordination.
If you're highly organized, detail-driven, and thrive in fast-paced sales environments, this role puts you at the center of revenue execution.

  • Track opportunities from RFQ through approval and close
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline to ensure visibility and follow-through
  • Coordinate closely with service operations and technical teams on feasibility and execution
  • Provide overflow sales support during peak cycles
  • Identify opportunities to improve quoting workflows and sales efficiency
  • Support administrative and coordination tasks tied to sales operations

What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Experience supporting quoting, RFQs, or pipelines in a B2B or service-based environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience with sales trackers, project tools, or workflow systems preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

You'll Succeed If You Are
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Clear and professional in written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally
  • A problem-solver who adapts well in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
  • Able to work independently while supporting team goals

Benefits & Perks
  • Comprehensive medical and dental insurance
  • Paid time off and company-observed holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan with profit-sharing opportunities
  • Collaborative, growth-focused office environment
  • Long-term career development opportunities within sales operations

Pay Range
USD $24.00 - USD $30.00 /Yr.
