At CFA Institute, we're looking for a Procurement Operations Coordinator to play a key role in enhancing how our procurement function operates-bringing together data, systems, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver greater efficiency, transparency, and value across the organization.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports, providing insights on spend, performance, and process efficiency
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support the optimization of procurement processes, helping to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure data accuracy and system effectiveness
  • Act as a key point of contact for procurement-related queries, offering guidance on processes, policies, and tools
  • Support vendor performance tracking and reporting, contributing to data-driven supplier management
  • Assist with system enhancements, testing, and user adoption of procurement tools and platforms
  • Enable better decision-making by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in procurement, operations, finance, data analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data transformation) and/or experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Understanding of reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and data validation practices
  • Familiarity with procurement or financial systems (e.g., P2P, S2P, ERP, or CLM platforms) is advantageous
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Adaptable and curious, with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
