Job description

Bachelor's Degree Required to Apply

Katapult Network is designed to help college graduates with zero to two years of professional experience find their next professional career opportunity. We focus on helping recent college graduates, with no experience, get access to full-time, entry-level opportunities with some of the Nation’s top employers. Our clients include ground-breaking start-up companies and well-established billion-dollar organizations who want to find their next generation of talent.

The Job: Operations & Warehouse Coordinator

We are currently recruiting an entry-level Operations & Warehouse Coordinator to support day-to-day business and warehouse operations within a growing organization. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who enjoy staying busy, solving problems, and working in a role that combines organization with hands-on responsibilities.

This is not a desk-only position. You'll split your time between coordinating operational tasks and working directly within the warehouse to help keep products, inventory, and orders moving. You'll gain hands-on experience in inventory, order fulfillment, logistics, customer service, and business operations while learning how different areas of the organization work together.

What You Will Be Doing As An Operations & Warehouse Coordinator:

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational and warehouse activities to keep orders and products moving efficiently
  • Assist with receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and product movement
  • Maintain accurate inventory, order, and operational information within company systems
  • Prepare and process orders, documentation, and other operational records
  • Work directly within the warehouse to locate, organize, move, and prepare products as needed
  • Learn to safely operate applicable warehouse equipment and machinery
  • Monitor inventory levels and help research or resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with sales, customer service, logistics, and other internal teams
  • Assist with customer requests, order updates, and product availability questions
  • Identify operational issues and help find practical solutions to keep work moving
  • Support organization, safety, and efficiency throughout warehouse and operational areas
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as you learn the business

Our Ideal Operations & Warehouse Coordinator Has:

  • Hands-On Mindset: Enjoys being active, learning how things work, and contributing directly to day-to-day operations
  • Organization: Able to manage orders, inventory, documentation, and multiple priorities without losing track of the details
  • Dependability: Reliable, responsible, and willing to jump in where needed to help the team succeed
  • Problem Solving: Comfortable working through unexpected issues and finding practical solutions
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate when working with inventory, orders, documentation, and company systems
  • Team Mindset: Enjoys working alongside others and communicating across different areas of a business
  • Adaptability: Comfortable moving between office responsibilities and hands-on warehouse work throughout the day

Requirements To Be An Operations & Warehouse Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Willingness to work in both office and warehouse environments
  • Comfortable learning to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery
