Company Overview:
Delphi Infrastructure Group (DIG) is a leading specialty contractor providing repair, replacement, and maintenance services for utility customers across the gas, electrical, telecommunications, and water end markets. We provide services to our customers under 4 company brands: Precision Pipeline Services, SabCon Underground, Allegheny Contracting, and JMF.
About the Role:
The Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to Project Managers and Operations leadership. This role is responsible for job setup and maintenance in Spectrum, coordinating project-related documentation, supporting subcontractor and vendor tracking, assisting with invoice review and coding, and helping ensure accurate customer billing. The Operations Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Operations, Project Management, and Accounting to support efficient project execution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Enter and maintain job information in Spectrum.
  • Review and code AP invoices with the appropriate job numbers.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to verify work completion and invoice accuracy.
  • Track subcontractor usage and maintain project-related records.
  • Assist with customer billing and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain project files and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Support reporting and data entry related to project operations.
  • Coordinate communication between Operations, Project Managers, and Accounting.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative, project support, or operations coordination experience.
  • Construction, utility, or project-based industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with Spectrum or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
