Assistant Operations Coordinator

1st Priority: Some leadership experience (you've managed a team).

Do you have experience in dispatching/scheduling? Or previous office / administrative experience? Plus, good customer service skills and can speak professionally to customers?

Then, we’d like to talk with you.

Mustang Disaster CleanUp is looking for a full-time Assistant Operations Coordinator to help keep our team running smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.

This is not just a desk job. This is far more than answering phones and being able to handle a spreadsheet...

You’ll be in the office, but you will also work closely with the field teams (even assisting them IN the field periodically) — helping coordinate jobs, solve problems, and keep everything on track. This role can be exciting, challenging, and rewarding. You will not be bored.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule jobs and manage calendars
  • Keep job details and systems organized
  • Communicate with team members and field staff
  • Track progress and help keep jobs on schedule
  • Answer phones with a positive, professional attitude
  • Help customers during stressful situations
  • Periodically be asked to assist the crews in the field (it's fun to get away from the desk once in a while, right?)
